Broker and co-owner of Harrison Properties, celebrates her 31st year in real estate and is currently licensed in Delaware and Pennsylvania. Jan, a long-time city resident and real estate investor, handles the day to day management of Harrison Properties. Her special interest is working with first-time homebuyers, who often need more information and guidance before making that all important decision.
Co-owner of Harrison Properties, initially received his real estate license in New Jersey in 1977, while employed in a family construction business. It wasn’t long before Bob experienced first hand the benefits of investing in real estate and moved to Delaware to pursue its opportunities. Over the past 39 years Bob has bought, sold, and managed his own investment properties as well as helped countless investors do the same. In addition, Bob owns Harrison Contracting Services, Inc., which specializes in maintenance and repair of income-producing properties.
Rob Harrison graduated from the University of Tampa with a bachelors degree in finance. Prior to joining Harrison Properties, Rob worked for BlackRock for 4 years in investment operations, including 1 year managing a team of 6 people. Along with his managerial experience, Rob utilizes his knowledge of financial markets, and years of living in the Wilmington/Trolley Square area when working with buyers, sellers, investors, and renters.
Linda Stapleford has been a licensed Realtor in Delaware since 1997. During her career she has worked in sales and property management, working with buyers, sellers, investors and tenants. Helping tenants become first-time homebuyers is Linda’s favorite aspect of real estate. A very close second would be using her previous experience as a real estate appraiser to help sellers price their homes properly, to sell quickly and at a price that represents the true value. In her spare time, Linda volunteers at Emmanuel Dining Room, teaches Sunday school and coordinates Adopt-A-Family for her church.
